Project Hex is perhaps the most significant research project headed by E.V.I.Labs, Project HEX pushed boundaries of artificial intelligence.

Started in 1991, Scientists were able to create a machine that saw life close to how humans interpret it, while simultaneously integrating the unlimited powers of the World Wide Web. During a test period in 1995, Project HEX was granted access to an undisclosed amount of CCTV Cameras in the United Kingdom. The system was able to accurately predict human behaviour well in advance. Using a combination of IRC and USENET, with proprietary image processing, facial recognition, and Machine Learning, the Project was able to compile its own database of human profiles, a significant development for AI in its time.
